On July 29, FOREWomen Long Island, an initiative of LICA, hosted “Building the Workforce for Tomorrow,” a panel focused on attracting, developing and retaining the next generation of construction professionals.
Industry leaders Leah Rambo, Buket Agdere, Rebecca Clark and Marie Milord joined moderator Rosalie Drago to discuss career pathways, mentorship and the barriers women face entering and advancing in the industry.
The conversation highlighted FOREWomen LI’s commitment to creating stronger workforce pipelines and expanding opportunities for women across construction and infrastructure.
