The Downstate Alliance of Heavy Construction Labor and Management reconvened after a long-time hiatus and held a conference at Club 101 in Manhattan. The Alliance, initially founded and spearheaded by industry giant Ross Pepe, was re-ignited to focus on Pepe’s mission to highlight the essential partnership labor and management share in the downstate heavy construction industry.
